The person is responsible for the day-to-day
operations of the project assigned. The ultimate
goal of any project is to complete the task on time,
on budget, and fulfill any other criteria the
company asks.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Creates and executes project work plans and revisions as
    appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Identifies resources needed and assigns individual
    responsibilities.
  • Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and
    scope.
  • Enforces project methodology and ensures project
    standards.
  • Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance
    procedures.
  • Manages profitability and risk on projects.
  • Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored
    appropriately.
  • Tracks and reports team hours and expenses on a weekly basis.
  • Manages project budget.
  • Facilitates team and client meetings effectively.
  • Keeps project team well informed of changes within the
    organization and general corporate news.
  • Understands the development of team by ensuring when possible,
    that project tasks are in line with each member's career
    interests.
  • Ensures timely and accurate invoicing and monitoring
    procedures for project.
  • Follows up with clients when necessary regarding unpaid
    invoices.
  • Analyzes project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and
    utilization.
  • Any other duty as assigned by the management.

Education

  • Degree in Project Management or IT-related field.
  • PMP Certification.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience.
  • Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of
    project management.
  • Experience in project management software.
  • Knowledge of project management techniques and tools.
  • Proven experience in ():
    • Project Management
    • Strategic Planning
    • Risk Management
    • Change Management

Knowledge & skills requirements

  • Data analysis skills.
  • Good conceptual and problem solving skills.
  • Works on own initiative.
  • Report and writing skills.
