JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary:
The Paediatric Nurse will provide specialized nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents while ensuring compassionate, safe, and family-centered healthcare services.
Competencies and Skills
- Excellent paediatric patient care skills.
- Compassion and patience when handling children and families.
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized accredited institution.
- Registered and licensed by the Nursing Council of Kenya.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a busy healthcare facility.
- Valid BLS and ACLS certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Training in PMTCT and Quality Improvement is an added advantage.
