The intern will:
- Provide support in processing partnerships workflows, including liaising with colleagues across divisions and regional offices.
- Assist in the preparation of guidelines, training materials, workshop materials, templates, and presentations and related infographics and visual aids.
- Research, compile, analyze, summarize, and present basic information/data on specific partners, corporate policies and related topics, using various sources.
- Prepare, maintain, and update files (electronic and paper) and internal databases.
- Support inter-agency coordination and knowledge-sharing, including collecting best practices and case-studies.
- Support integration and updating of various digital tools.
- Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and training sessions, including logistical arrangements, visual aids and documentation.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/special skills
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, social sciences, law or related disciplines.
- Applicants must meet one of the following requirements:
- be enrolled in, or have completed, a graduate school programme (second university degree or equivalent, or higher);
- be enrolled in, or have completed, the final academic year of a first university degree programme (minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent).
- Applicants to the UN Internship Programme are not required to have professional work experience. However, a field of study that is closely related to the type of internship that you are applying for is required.
