Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain performance review templates; compile monthly performance summaries.
  • Manage the PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) process: issue coaching forms and notices, schedule and facilitate PIP hearings.
  • Monitor and follow up on employees under PIP or verbal warnings to track progress.
  • Support the HR Manager and HR Business Partner with additional HR duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in a supervisory HR role.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong data analysis skills (added advantage).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
