<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">To provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to customers, helping them select perfumes and fragrance products that suit their needs, while achieving sales targets and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.</span></p>

<ul>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Greet and approach customers in a friendly, confident manner.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Understand customer needs and recommend suitable perfume products.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Explain features, benefits, and prices of various fragrances.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Maintain strong knowledge of current perfume trends and new arrivals.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Assist in achieving individual and store sales targets.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Perform product demonstrations (testers) and ensure hygiene standards are met.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Maintain visual merchandising and product display standards.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Stock shelves, manage inventory levels, and report low stock.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Follow all company policies, procedures, and health &amp; safety regulations.</span></li>

<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in cosmetics or perfume.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Presentable, with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for customer service.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Basic computer knowledge in Excel, Word.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience with a POS system is an added advantage.</span></li>
