Key Responsibilities
- Receive, interpret, and dispense prescriptions accurately and safely.
- Provide appropriate patient counseling on medication use and adherence.
- Maintain proper pharmaceutical records and documentation.
- Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and ensure proper storage of medicines.
- Participate in stock management, ordering, and stocktaking processes.
- Ensure compliance with Pharmacy and Poisons Board (PPB) requirements and hospital policies.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the HOD – Pharmacy.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology from a recognized institution.
- Must be registered with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board (PPB).
- Valid practicing license.
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a hospital or busy pharmacy setting is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
