About the role

MYDAWA is seeking licensed Pharmaceutical Technologists within Nairobi to support operations across our retail stores, ensure safe and compliant dispensing of medications, and deliver expert, customer-focused support across our pharmacy services. The Pharmaceutical Technologist will safeguard quality standards, guide patients on treatment, and help maintain seamless operations across our pharmacy services.

Key responsibilities include:

• Verify prescription accuracy, legality and regulatory compliance
• Dispense medications promptly and accurately
• Advise customers on proper medication use, side effects and interactions via online platforms
• Address customer inquiries and concerns to ensure a smooth digital experience
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement to prevent shortages
• Partner with customer service agents and clinicians for end-to-end patient support
