Curriculum and Instruction: Develop and implement age-appropriate PE curriculum and create engaging lesson plans to teach sports, fitness, and teamwork. Student Assessment: Evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and maintain records of progress. Safety and Environment: Ensure a safe and clean environment, manage equipment, and maintain student safety during activities. Extracurricular Activities: Organize and supervise extracurricular sports, fitness programs, and school-wide events. Collaboration: Work with colleagues and other school staff to coordinate physical education efforts. Student Support: Adapt lessons for students with diverse abilities, promote healthy lifestyle choices, and communicate with parents and guardians. Professional Development: Stay current on the latest educational trends and best practices in physical education.

Instructional Skills: Ability to teach physical skills and fitness concepts, break down complex ideas, and create effective lesson plans. Communication: Clearly convey instructions and feedback to students, parents, and colleagues using appropriate language. Adaptability: Adjust teaching methods and activities to accommodate varying abilities, needs, and unexpected situations. Motivation: Inspire and encourage students to participate and develop a positive attitude toward physical activity. Organization: Manage equipment, schedules, and lesson plans efficiently. Leadership: Model positive behaviors, manage classroom dynamics, and resolve conflicts. Knowledge: Strong knowledge of various sports, fitness principles, and anatomy.
