PHYSICIAN - INTERNAL MEDICINE

PROVIDES COMPREHENSIVE MEDICAL SERVICES

Responsibilities:

1. Outpatient & Inpatient Care

2. Causality & Intensive Care Management

3. General Medicine Referrals and Opinions

4. Experience in 2D Echo and TMT

5. Central Venous Cannulations

6. Intubations for ventilator cases including Tracheostomies

7. Temporary and Permanent Dialysis Catheter Fixations

8. Lumbar Puncture and other Diagnostic Procedures

9. Excellence in Clinical Examination especially with reference to Cardiology, Neurology,

10. Endocrinology, Nephrology and Rheumatology

11. Outstanding PR skills and doctor patient relationship

12. Purely evidence-based practice with emphasis on latest guidelines

13. Compassionate emergency care following established protocols

14. Should be able to handle any medical case with minimal inputs from

cross disciplinary advice

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION

(a) Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from a recognized University.

(b) MD - Internal Medicine from an accredited medical University

(c) Must be have a valid Medical Council Registration Cerificate

(d) ACLS Certification

(e) Fellowship in Diabetes or Cardiology will be an added advantage

EXPERIENCE

1. 3-4 years working experience in a Busy Hospital

2. Atleast 3 years of Critical Care Management & Diabetology
