About the Opportunity
We are seeking passionate, dedicated, and qualified educators to join our teaching team. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver engaging lessons in line with the curriculum.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and learner-centred classroom environment.
- Assess, monitor, and evaluate students' academic progress.
- Develop lesson plans, learning materials, and assessments.
- Provide academic guidance and support to students.
- Maintain accurate student records and prepare progress reports.
- Participate in staff meetings, school activities, and professional development programmes.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Uphold the school's policies, values, and professional standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field.
- Strong subject knowledge and effective teaching skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous teaching or tutoring experience is an added advantage.
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
- Passion for education and student development.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
