Missions of Hope International (MOHI) is a Christ-centered, non-governmental organization that serves orphaned and vulnerable children, their families and others in the Mathare Valley slums of Nairobi and other disadvantaged communities throughout Kenya.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
• Registered with the Physiotherapy Council of Kenya or a relevant regulatory body.
• Valid practicing license.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and accountability.
• Demonstrate Christ-like compassion, and respect in all interactions.
• Ability to treat every child as a person of inherent dignity and God-given potential.
• High level of motivation, integrity, commitment to Christian values and professionalism.
• Ability to adapt to cultural and educational diversity in the work place.
• Excellent communication, time management, organization and presentation skills.
• High degree of initiative, flexibility and tolerance, with team working skill.

Experience needed

Experience in paediatric rehabilitation is an added advantage and with children with developmental disabilities is preferred.
