About the role

We are recruiting for a company building a contemporary Neapolitan style pizza restaurant in Nairobi with a casual atmosphere and bar. We’re looking for best-in-class chefs and hospitality staff.

This is a full-time on-site role located in Nairobi. The Pizza Chef will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, maintaining hygiene standards, working with food & beverage items, and preparing sauces.

Qualifications

• Food Preparation and Cooking skills
• Hygiene standards knowledge
• Experience with Food & Beverage items and Sauces
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and creativity in pizza making
• Previous experience as a Pizza Chef is a plus
• Culinary certification or relevant training is beneficial
