Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Point of Contact (POC) role located in Nairobi, Kenya. The POC will act as the primary liaison between clients, contractors, and the company, ensuring efficient communication and customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks will include managing client inquiries, coordinating schedules, maintaining accurate records, and supporting project teams. The role also involves ensuring timely updates to stakeholders and resolving any issues or concerns effectively.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, contractors, and team members effectively.

Proficiency in record-keeping, time management, and multitasking.

Experience with customer service and problem-solving.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage on-site responsibilities independently.

Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accuracy in updates and records.

Prior experience in real estate or property development is a plus but not required.
