JOB PURPOSE

To facilitate the clearance of Reefer containers at the Mombasa port.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Export documentation through customs.
• Process documents in KPA system (KWATOS).
• Secure KPA port charges.
• Ensure Export documents are complete and handover to the relevant authorities.
• Confirm arrival of Containers at Port and provide temperature readings for all reefer containers upon entry and once plugged at the plugging points.
• Release shipments in KWATOS once cleared by relevant regulatory bodies.
• Follow up on plugging charges once vessel departed.
• Follow up on COEs once loading is completed & vessel departs.

Qualifications
