The Board of Management of A.I.C CHEBISAAS BOYSNATIONAL SCHOOL invites applications from qualified teachers to fill teaching positions

Instruction and training: Deliver lectures and demonstrations on theory, from basic principles to complex systems. Instruct students on the safe and proper use of tools and equipment. Provide hands-on training in a workshop setting. Curriculum and assessment: Develop and update curriculum to reflect current industry standards and technology. Prepare and grade assignments, tests, and practical assessments to evaluate student progress. Assist students in preparing for industry certification tests. Safety and workshop management: Establish and enforce safety rules and procedures in the workshop to prevent accidents. Maintain a safe and conducive learning environment. Manage workshop tools, supplies, and inventory.
Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of engines, power systems, and related mechanical and electrical principles. Expertise in diagnostic tools and the latest automotive technologies. Ability to perform and demonstrate maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on various equipment. Instructional Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication. Classroom and workshop management. Curriculum development and lesson planning. Ability to provide constructive, clear, and consistent feedback. Creativity in lesson design and the ability to adapt to different learning styles.
1.Degree or Diploma in the relevant field. 2.TSC registration. 3.Must be a Kenyan citizen.
