JOB SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Senior GTM Manager-Intelligent Infrastructure, The Go-to-Market (GTM) Practice Solutions Manager- Physical Infrastructure takes guidance from the Leadership Team, globally and particularly within region.
The primary objective of this position is to implement and manage a consistent and sustainable practice aligned to and in support of the overall business strategy. This employee will fulfil business development, practice development and product management functions that accelerate success within the assigned geography / practice. He/she ensures that the practice is grown in line with the global solutions and services strategy.
This employee will direct the development of company market requirements for specific product(s) or product line(s), including product strategy definition, requirements analysis, and pricing. Monitors the development of business plans, assesses market penetration, and product positioning to drive competitive advantage, revenue, and market share. Reduces broad concepts and business strategies into structured product marketing plans. Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity, and identifies customer needs. Establishes pricing strategies and develops marketing tools for successful product introductions. Communicates customer feedback to engineering, manufacturing, and sales to enhance existing product(s) or product line(s). Leads new product definition and business plans with joint departments. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function."

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist with the creation of the strategy for their practice that will enable continuous integration and continuous delivery.
• Manage the transformation and growth for selling the particular practice across the assigned geography and portfolio and/or solution.
• Owns and optimizes the solution portfolio investment for the owned business solutions for their clients, aligning with the business strategies and priorities.
• Identify and create demand for solutions that drive sales and ensure the financial viability for deployment, preparing and reviewing cost estimates.
• Manage a team of individual contributors and ensure performance goals are constantly reviewed and achieved.
• Facilitate regular practitioner or delivery training activities on relevant topics and subject matter.
• Support and maintain a community of practice where information and best practices can be shared.
• Collaborate with a variety of internal stakeholders to create, implement and manage a technology roadmap that articulates the positioning, capabilities and features for enablement of delivery capability.
• Work with relevant stakeholders to document and manage the formal plan of record including business outcomes, release plan, investment plan, resource plan, assumptions, risks and issues.
• Conduct solution design reviews to ensure capacity to provide the solution and the profitability to the business, whilst ensuring client requirements are met.
• Assist with the development the service level agreements (SLA) and conduct the required reviews to ensure deliverables are met.
• Implement standards and tools for new solution architecture and deliver continuous delivery frameworks that will promote and establish a reliable and competitive practice.
• Recommend continuous integration for tooling to support regions with automated build, test and deployment with a focus on continuous improvement in quality delivery.
• Specify market requirements for current and future products or solutions by conducting market research supported by client engagement sessions.

• May have budget responsibilities
• Interacts with subordinates, customers or peers from other areas on matters pertaining to functional area
• Leads co-operation between members and teams

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• At least 4 years’ relevant experience in a pre-sales/sales role
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree
• Relevant certifications
• Experience managing and leading a team of technical and non-technical individuals
• Previous experience in a technical role, proposal writing, budget management, Project Management and Business development
• Good knowledge of the business and products / solutions
• Ability to own and mature the relationship with their clients to achieve high levels of client satisfaction
• Demonstrate good persuasion and influence ability
• Good management and leadership skills and are able to think at a conceptual level
• Possess good communication skills (both verbally and written)
• Ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders at a senior level
• Domain expertise of the solution market
