Job Profile
  1. Work with the Business Development team to develop winning bid strategies and built opportunity from scratch
  2. Conceptualizing solution and representation through power point.
  3. Ownership of the overall delivery of proposals ensuring on time, quality and 100% compliance.
  4. Define and ensure implementation of achievable bid plans including schedule, resource and budget requirements.
  5. Ensure adherence to company’s processes and procedures.
  6. Interface with internal teams, SME and external stakeholders to compile compelling bids including price negotiation.
  7. Client representation and product/solution demonstration.
  8. Analyzing the competitiveness of bid pricing and providing benchmarking data.
  9. Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  10. Guide team to improve upon their skill and ensure quality and on time deliverables.
  11. Conduct internal sessions on best practices.
  12. Provide support to cross [HR, Finance, Marketing, BSS] functional teams when needed.
  13. Ensure 100% repository update and MIS compliance of entire team. 
Candidate Profile
  1. Proven experience as an IT Presales profile or in a similar role.
  2. Should have experience in handling International clients(US/Middle-East Africa).
  3. Ability to deliver engaging and persuasive presentations to customers at various levels, including C-level executives. 
  4. In-depth knowledge of Proposal writing, Tender Participation, Bid Management, RFP, RFI.
  5. Proficiency in using presentation tools and software.
  6. Understanding of the sales process and ability to support sales teams effectively. 
  7. Strong business acumen to connect technical solutions with customer value and ROI.
