JOB DETAILS:
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Check on Approved Purchased Requisition by the Head of Procurement.
2. Raising Request for proposals and sharing with vendors
3. Bargain on the best Price from the vendors and follow up on goods till received.
4. Raising Local Purchase orders
5. Preparing GRN for locally sourced items.
6. Receiving and confirming of deliveries and invoices
7. Monthly stock taking and reconciliation
8. Maintaining and updating local purchase list
Qualifications
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
