Responsibilities

Coordinate with Project Managers, QS, and Finance to ensure controlled stage-by-stage spending.

Uphold procurement ethics, compliance, and financial discipline at all times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Quantity Surveying (QS) or related field.
• Strong understanding of BOQs, material take-offs, and project cost structures.
• Proven experience sourcing and negotiating finishing materials (gypsum, tiles, plumbing, electrical, joinery, etc.).

Experience

Minimum 3 years' experience in construction or interior finishing projects.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: associate degree
