Background

To manage the sourcing, purchasing, and supply of goods and services for the company in a cost-effective and timely manner, while ensuring quality standards and compliance with procurement policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers for goods and services.
• Prepare and process purchase orders in line with approved requests.
• Negotiate prices, contracts, and terms with suppliers.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier database.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment where necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
• Liaise with internal departments to understand procurement needs.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5years relevant work experience in procurement or supply chain.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Good knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement systems (advantageous).
