• Plan and execute procurement of food items, beverages, cleaning materials, and operational supplies.
• Maintain up-to-date records of stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid shortages.
• Identify and engage reliable suppliers to ensure consistent quality and competitive pricing.
• Monitor stores operations to ensure proper handling, storage, and issuance of goods.
• Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and cost-control measures within the stores.
• Prepare regular procurement and inventory reports for management review.

• Diploma or Certificate in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration will be an added advantage.
• Minimum qualification of CPA I.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in procurement and stores management, preferably in the catering or hospitality sector.
• Proficiency in basic accounting and inventory management systems.
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• High integrity and attention to detail.
