JOB DETAILS:

Job Purpose

The Procurement & Stores Officer will be responsible for effective management of quarry stores, sourcing and obtaining quotations, liaising with approved vendors, and ensuring timely availability of materials while maintaining proper stock control.

Minimum Requirements

• At least Diploma in Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Stores Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in a quarry or manufacturing environment.
• Sound knowledge of procurement procedures, inventory control, and basic accounting principles.
• ERP working experience; SAP experience is an added advantage.
• Computer proficiency (MS Excel and Word).
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and strong negotiation skills.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: associate degree
