JOB DETAILS:

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated Procurement Trainee to join our team in Kikuyu. The role involves supporting procurement operations, assisting with supplier management, and ensuring smooth purchasing processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers
• Support preparation of purchase orders and procurement documentation
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with relevant departments
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies
• Maintain accurate records of purchases and supplier contracts

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• At least 1 year of experience in procurement or supply chain
• Strong organizational & analytical skills
• Good communication & teamwork abilities
• High integrity and attention to detail
