Responsibilities or duties

Support procurement activities, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, supplier coordination, and timely delivery of goods and services.

Coordinate supply chain, import, and warehouse operations by managing inventory, tracking shipments, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Maintain procurement records in SAP, prepare reports using Advanced Microsoft Excel, and ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

Bachelor’s degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Registered member of the Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM)

Experience needed

Minimum of two (2) years experience in procurement, supply chain, imports, or warehouse operations.

Any other provided details (e.g., benefits, work environment, team info, or additional notes)

Proficiency in SAP and Advanced Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and data analysis.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. Work references should be available upon request.
