Role Overview & Scope
The Product Manager (ERP) will oversee the full lifecycle of enterprise software products, driving functional requirements, roadmap development, and cross-functional team delivery. This role acts as the bridge between client expectations, business goals, and technical execution teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and communicate product roadmaps, release schedules, and core features for ERP platform modules.
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with enterprise stakeholders to document business requirements, write user stories, and map workflow processes.
- Delivery Oversight: Work closely with engineering and QA teams to supervise sprint planning, feature prioritization, and backlog refinement.
- Product Analytics: Track product performance metrics, user adoption rates, and operational feedback to drive continuous product refinement.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Experience: Proven experience managing complex ERP platforms or enterprise SaaS solutions throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Competencies: Agile/Scrum product management methodologies, backlog management software (e.g., Jira), stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
