JOB DETAILS:
The Product Manager works closely with PayGo Technology and Operations team to guide products from scoping through testing and iteration to launching. You will work with Engineering, Business Development, Marketing, and Finance to prioritize the next product to come off the delivery pipeline for PayGo This position will report to the VP – Product and will be within a wider Technology Unit that also houses the hardware and software engineering departments. .

  Job Responsibilities:
• Create technical product scoping documentation for the engineering team if required
• Research and understand customer and stakeholder needs.
• Develop quick prototypes to validate product scopes
• Test Software Engineering deployments and provide bug and fix report scopes for software engineering.
• Create customer documentation for new products.
• Gather product requirements based on rigorous customer interviews.
• Create technical product scoping documentation for the engineering team
• Assess the adoption of the integration of 3rd party off-the-shelf solutions which solve business needs.
• Develop quick prototypes to validate product scopes
• Test Engineering deployments and provide bug and fix report scopes for engineering.
• Create customer documentation for new products.
• Work with Engineering, Business Development, Marketing, and Finance to prioritise the next product to come off the delivery pipeline for PayGo.
• Be responsible for scoping the product for the engineering team
• Develop quick prototypes to validate product scopes
• Test Software Engineering deployments and provide bug and fix report scopes for software engineering.
• Create customer documentation for new products.
• Ship and handover product to internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Develop feedback channels to gather feedback on product to quickly iterate on product features

Job Skills:
• Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance or Marketing; understanding of go-to-market commerce enablers (e.g. payments, loyalty, subscriptions, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment, and to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends; excellent problem-solving, communication, organizational and analytical skills..

Job Education Requirements:
• Masters Degree will be an added advantage
• BA/BS in Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with product management or product design with a focus on software products and technologies.
• 5 years of relevant work experience with building and launching products using various desktop and mobile app frameworks.
