JOB DETAILS:
Production Quality Engineer
The quality production engineer's responsibilities include designing quality standards, inspecting materials, equipment, processes, and products, developing quality control systems, and determining corrective actions. You will also work with managers and supervisors to implement quality measures. The successful candidate will report to the Engineering Manager.

Responsibilities:
1. Developing and implementing quality standards.
2. Developing and implementing quality control systems.
3. Monitoring and analyzing quality performance.
4. Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
5. Collaborating with operations managers to develop and implement controls and improvements.
6. Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations.
7. Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues.
8. Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.
9. Reviewing codes, specifications, and processes.

Requirements:
1. Must have upper 2nd class degree in Mechanical/Production/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent from a recognized institution.
2. Member of recognized Engineering body.
3. Minimum 3 years’ experience in a busy manufacturing environment.
4. Must be proficient in using CAD software such SolidWorks & AutoCAD.
5. Certified Quality Engineer preferred.
6. 2+ years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or a similar role.
7. Experience coding and using QA software tools and processes.
8. Able to institute continuous improvement of production processes and products through Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Tools.
9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
11. Excellent project management skills.
