Background
- We are hiring a Production Supervisor to oversee our production operations.
- The ideal candidate will have a degree in food science, production management, industrial engineering, or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience working as a production supervisor or quality control officer in the food manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities
- Supervise production activities, assign tasks to workers, monitor product quality, ensure safety standards, manage production schedules, and minimize waste.
Qualifications
- 3 Years experience working as a production supervisor or a quality control officer in a food manufacturing industry.
- Good leadership skills
- Attention to details
- Knowledge of production planning, lean manufacturing and safety practices
- Degree in food science, production management, industrial engineering or related field.
