Position: Professional Videographer & Photographer
Location: Kenya

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Videographer & Photographer to capture high-quality visual content that aligns with our organization’s mission and projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in storytelling through video and photography, particularly in the fields of sustainable agriculture, environmental conservation, and community development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, shoot, and edit professional-grade videos and photographs for campaigns, reports, and social media.
- Collaborate with our team to develop compelling visual narratives that highlight our projects and impact.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and conveys the organization’s values.
- Manage post-production processes, including color grading, sound editing, and file organization.
- Travel to project sites across Kenya to document fieldwork and stakeholder engagements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in videography and photography, with a portfolio demonstrating technical and creative excellence.
- Proficiency in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop).
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to dynamic project needs.
- Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity when engaging with communities
