Qualifications and experience
- An earned PhD Degree in Medicine or Public Health or its equivalent from an accredited University.
- Mmed in Psychiatry or equivalent Degree from an accredited and recognized University.
- At least three (3) years of university teaching experience as an Associate Professor
- Successfully supervised at least five (5) postgraduate students to completion of which two (2) should be at Doctoral level since being appointed as an Associate Professor.
- At least five (5) articles in refereed journals since being appointed as an Associate Professor
- Evidence of successfully applying for a grant either individually or as a group since being appointed as an Associate Professor.
- Evidence of attendance and contribution at learning conferences, seminars and workshops.
- Registration by the KMPDC with a valid practicing license.

Tutorial Fellows are employed on one (1) year renewable contract up to a maximum of three (3) years.
