About the Role

Sucafina is a leading coffee company with a strong presence in East Africa. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager, Finance to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. This role will be instrumental in driving financial excellence and strategic initiatives across our operations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification is a plus. 

Competences

  • Minimum 15+ years overall experience. 
  • Minimum 10+ years in Finance, including controlling, treasury, accounting or financial operations. 
  • 8–10 years in program or transformation management. 
  • Proven experience leading large-scale ERP transformations and multi-country rollouts. 
  • Demonstrated ability to challenge finance design and define target operating models and core processes.

* Overseeing financial programs and projects from initiation to completion. * Developing and managing program budgets, forecasts, and financial models. * Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies. * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives. * Monitoring program performance and reporting on key financial metrics. * Identifying and mitigating financial risks. * Driving continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.
* Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial analysis. * Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. * Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA is a plus. * Proven experience in program management, preferably in a finance-related role. * Experience in the agricultural or commodity trading sector is an advantage.
