Innovaters 4 Climate Action-ICA

What You Will Do

As Program Officer, you will:

• Lead the design and implementation of ICA's Economic Empowerment program
• Oversee the Eco-Dada Initiative and supervise the Field Operator
• Develop market linkages and strengthen value chains for sustainable income generation
• Facilitate training and mentorship for program participants
• Track program impact, document learning, and support knowledge production
• Build partnerships and support fundraising and donor reporting

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 3-5 years of experience in livelihoods, agriculture, or community development
• Has strong knowledge of sustainable agriculture, agroecology, or value chain development
• Is passionate about climate justice, gender justice, and working with marginalized communities
• Has strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Can think strategically while also supporting practical implementation
• Is an excellent communicator and relationship builder
