About the Role
We are seeking a temporary Program Support Assistant to provide essential administrative and logistical support to our programs in Kenya. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient implementation of our projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of program documents, reports, and presentations.
- Provide logistical support for program activities, including organizing meetings, workshops, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain program records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support communication with program stakeholders, partners, and beneficiaries.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the program team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a certificate or diploma in a relevant field is an advantage.
- Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within a non-profit or humanitarian organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Swahili is desirable.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
