Education:
• Advanced university degree (Master's degree or equivalent) in environmental science, management, engineering, economics, or a related field is required. A first-level university degree in combination with qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
• Successful completion of both degree and non-degree programs in data analytics, business analytics and data science programs is desirable.

Work Experience:
• A minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in the development and implementation of waste management projects is required.
• Experience working in the United Nations Common System or similar International

Organizations is desirable:

• Experience in providing technical assistance and/or capacity building to local governments on solid waste management is desirable.
• Two (2) years or more of experience in data analytics or related area is desirable.
