This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the organisation by providing strong administrative support, program coordination, data management, and basic finance assistance. The successful candidate will work closely with program teams, finance personnel, partners, and stakeholders to ensure programs are implemented efficiently, documented accurately, and reported professionally.
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with:
- Experience in administration or NGO program support
- Strong coordination, reporting, and communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking, analysis, and reporting
- A high level of integrity, discretion, and accountability
- The ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a dynamic environment
