Role Summary

Join HOVUC as a Programs & Finance Intern/Attachée to gain hands-on experience in nonprofit program management and financial operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to meaningful community-driven initiatives while developing practical skills in a supportive, mission-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring community programs and projects.
• Support financial processes such as record-keeping, budget tracking, and expense reporting.
• Help prepare donor reports, proposals, and program documentation.
• Participate in field visits and stakeholder engagements as required.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with organizational policies.
• Perform other tasks as assigned to support program and finance functions.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or student in Finance, Accounting, Project Management, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Strong interest in community development, nonprofit operations, and finance.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and contribute in a dynamic team setting.
