Responsibilities or duties
To support the implementation, monitoring and reporting of an integrated FCDO-funded project in Turkana and Kilifi that strengthens social accountability, sustainable livelihoods, and SRHR while building the capacity of civil society groups and community networks to advocate for equitable access to public services, promote accountability and lead sustainable, community-driven development initiatives.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
Competencies:
- Project management, developmentstudies, environmentalscience, public health, social sciences, or a related field. Additional knowledge in project management, Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), climate resilience livelihoods, or social accountability.
- Ability to be open minded and respectful
- Ability to be resilient and adaptive to new situations
- Ability to facilitate positive change and build sustainable working relationships
- Ability to seek and share knowledge
