Key responsibilities include:
- Support in setting up systems for comprehensive staff records, project trackers and documentation, together with ACTED HR
- Help organize travel, accommodation, and logistical arrangements, anticipating operational needs.
- Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and administrative guidance for new staff.
- Support with the management of workspace allocation, office resources, and procurement.
- Serve as the primary interface between REACH Sudan and ACTED Kenya FLAT departments, ensuring timely processing of administrative, HR, and logistical requests.
- Identify and implement workflow improvements, standardize procedures, and maintain knowledge management systems.
- Oversee administrative processes for REACH Sudan, document management, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Undertake additional administrative, coordination, or strategic support tasks as required.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative support, logistics or coordination roles (INGO experience an asset).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (e.g. Word, Excel and Outlook), as well as Adobe and others.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multicultural team.
