JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing procurement documents and tracking deliveries.
- Maintain inventory and manage supplies during project activities.
- Support vendor follow-up and filing of procurement records.
- Organize logistics for county-based project activities.
- Ensure compliance with procurement and financial procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- Relevant training in procurement regulations (especially in public sector) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with inventory management and supplier engagement processes.
- Basic knowledge of procurement documentation, filing, and tender procedures.
