Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participate in the design and execution of all primary quantitative analyses, impact evaluation, and effective coverage estimation.
- Develop, maintain, and govern harmonised, reproducible analytic codebases (R, Stata, Python), ensuring compatibility with federated data execution and secure incountry runs.
- Implement advanced data quality assurance and reproducibility processes
- Produce high-quality statistical outputs to support reporting, peer-reviewed publications, and external review
- Participate in related training activities and study workshops or meetings
- Performing any other related duty as assigned.
Job Specifications:
At a minimum, the DAS will have:
- Masters degree in either of the following disciplines Biostatistics, Statistics, Data Science or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
- At least three (3) years of research experience
- Advanced R/Stata/Python
- Demonstrated expertise in multilevel models and routine health data.
- Evidence of ability to produce and publish research.
