Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Coordinate work allocation, resources and teams
• Oversee end-to-end project requests from clients.
• Develop and maintain essential project documentation.
• Ensure deliverables meet or exceed user expectations.
• Ensure project adherence to required QEHS standards.
• Track milestones and ensure SLA/KPI adherence of all projects.
• Monitor project progress and ensure client timelines and SLA are met.
• Communicate with clients, stakeholders and provide accurate updates and reports.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Maintain effective communication between clients and technical teams.
• Identify opportunities for service improvement and expansion.

• Diploma/ Bachelor's in Information Technology, BBIT or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites and Google Suites.
• Effective communication skills in both oral and written.
• Project management certifications is an added advantage.
