Part of Dalberg's mission is to develop global development leaders. In this position, you will play a central leadership role in our mission to increasingly influence and change the status quo, ensuring that we have a seat at the table for the most pressing issues affecting the world. To realize this mission, we will prioritize your learning journey and carefully nurture your professional growth via mentoring, training opportunities and tailored project work.

• Managing and coordinating work streams and supporting junior team members.
• Contributing to and shaping internal projects and platforms.
• Reporting on project progress and challenges to global management.
• Actively contributing to the daily management and overall development of the firm.
