About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Project Manager to oversee road construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex infrastructure projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
  • Coordinate and supervise all construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Manage project teams, including engineers, contractors, and site personnel.
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and present project reports to senior management.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in road construction project management.
  • Proven experience in managing budgets and schedules for large-scale projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
