Background:

The MSF Academy for Healthcare aims to increase the quality of healthcare in health care services directed or supported by MSF by strengthening the skills and competencies of healthcare workers through structured learning programs.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee country-based project management of implementation of in-person learning programs
• Lead and organize postgraduate diploma courses
• Manage country teams, Tutors & Mentors
• Engage with stakeholders
• Contribute to MSF Academy's strategy and administration
• Implement information management and monitoring and evaluation

Qualifications:

• Higher education in healthcare, Development or Humanitarian assistance
• Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience
• Experience in team management
• Good understanding of information knowledge management and 'Monitoring & Evaluation'
• Experience in medical learning or curriculum development is an asset

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience, preferably with previous MSF experience

Other Details:

Willingness to travel overseas, proficiency in English and French, good knowledge of Arabic is an asset
