JOB DETAILS:

Qualifications or requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Strong English communication (verbal and written)
• Minimum 12–15+ years of experience in construction project management
• Proven experience in real estate / residential / high-rise projects
• Strong background in project planning, execution, and delivery
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and site execution
• Must pass background check

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP certification or equivalent is a strong advantage
• Experience in international or multi-country projects
• Exposure to African markets is a plus
