We are recruiting on behalf of a leading real estate company for the position of:
PROPERTY CONSULTANT (SALES)
Location: Kilimani, Nairobi
Employment Type: Full-Time
Retainer: KES 60,000 per month + Attractive Commission Structure
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prospect and convert potential clients into buyers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through calls, emails, presentations, and site visits.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective clients.
- Participate in marketing activities, activations, exhibitions, and property expos.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Monitor real estate market trends and provide competitor insights.
- Follow up on clients and ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in real estate sales.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong presentation and relationship management skills.
