Responsibilities

• Assist in Rent/service charge collection.
• Assist in coordinating service providers & maintenance
• Help resolve tenant inquiries under mentorship
• Attending to tenants' issues.
• Contribute to letting vacant spaces with our agency team
• Draft property reports with guidance from the supervisor

Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of a degree in real estate.
• Experience in managing a commercial property is an added advantage.
• Self-driven.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A proven ability to build strong client relationships.
• Team player.
• Commercially focused (has a good understanding of the business environment and the impact their behavior has on the reputation and financial performance of the company).
