Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Property Sales Executive to join our real estate team in Nairobi. The ideal candidate should have strong networking abilities and excellent communication skills, capable of connecting with South Sudanese clients interested in property investment and property management opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with South Sudanese clients interested in property management and investment opportunities
  • Promote Wafi projects through networking, referrals, and community events
  • Identify and approach potential buyers and investors
  • Explain property details, pricing, and payment plans clearly to clients
  • Conduct property presentations, meetings, and site visits
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Follow up on inquiries and sales leads professionally
  • Negotiate and close property sales deals
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Stay updated on market trends and available property projects

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate/Marketing or any related field
  • Experience in property sales, marketing, or customer relations is in real estate will be an added advantage
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to network and build lasting client relationships
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • South Sudanese nationals are highly encouraged to apply
