Our client, a reputable and growing Company in the real estate sector, is urgently seeking to recruit experienced and highly motivated Property Valuers to be based in Nairobi and Nyeri.

Position: Property Valuer

Locations: Nairobi

Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections and valuations for residential, commercial, and agricultural properties.
• Prepare accurate and professional valuation reports.
• Carry out market research and property analysis.
• Collect and analyze comparable market data.
• Ensure compliance with valuation standards and industry regulations.
• Liaise with clients, financial institutions, and other stakeholders as required.
• Maintain proper records and documentation of valuation assignments.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Real Estate, Land Economics, Valuation, or a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years' experience in property valuation.
• Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Membership with a relevant professional body will be an added advantage.
