Key Responsibilities

1- Lead and manage Public Relations functions leading to new client acquisition and retention.

2- Provide leadership to writing, creative, multimedia production, events and media relations teams.

3- Provide guidance to interns and consultants to ensure faster tasks turnaround time and high quality of outputs.

4- Embed Communications products and value addition within Social and Market Research and Development Consulting services.

5- Support the preparation, quality assurance and completion of bids/tenders, proposals and pitches.

6- Support Client relations tasks with a high attention to details, production of error free copy with minimal corrections/alterations.

Requirements

Must have 5-10 years working experience in Public Relations/ Communications/ Newsroom/ Research Consulting agency.

Proven skills in PR 360 services management from ideation, campaign management, media relations, social media content production, influencer management etc

Excellent skills in writing high level reports, speeches, proposals/pitches, project write-ups.

Skilled in professional writing techniques with mastery in referencing, use of AI research tools for content verification. Experience in academic writing will be an added advantage

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Linguistics or Social Sciences related studies. Masters will be an added advantage.
